House of Ideas
House of Ideas is a Tijuana Innovadora initiative born from the conviction that peace is built from people and communities. The project drives a comprehensive body of work aimed at preventing violence, strengthening safe environments, and promoting real development opportunities. Children and young people don't just take part — they are the heart of every action, the protagonists of a model that fosters learning, creativity, coexistence, and positive change.

A reading-promotion program that brings mothers, fathers, and families closer through read-aloud sessions, encouraging a use of free time that supports children's and young people's development.
Hope Truck
A social-reinsertion model for young people in conflict with the law or at risk, built around a program that creates job-inclusion opportunities.
DanSer
Launched in 2014 with London-based Community Dance and support from the British Council —today backed by Fundación Porticus and the dance company Lux Boreal—, it uses dance as a tool for coexistence across the city.
Psico-Creativo
An intervention model developed inside the Adolescent Treatment Center, supporting youth in custody with psychological and creative tools through its first rounds of implementation.
